To what maximum length can the Snowcase head be extended?

Up to 25 meters! Simply connect multiple 5 m (MFX1702) and 10 m (MFX1703) hoses to reach your desired distance.
Is the Snowcase suitable for indoor and outdoor use?

The Snowcase is designed for outdoor use and use in well-ventilated indoor spaces.
Can the snow output and density be adjusted?

Yes! Snow output level and density can be easily adjusted via the device menu or DMX control. Combine it with the FX Blower (MFX2402) to extend the output distance up to 25 meters!
Is the snow safe for people and equipment?

Absolutely. Our Snow Fluid is developed for safe use around people and in professional environments, and it's widely used in the event industry while meeting all required safety standards. More information about composition, handling, and safe use can be found in the corresponding MSDS document.
At what temperatures can the Snow Fluid be used?

The Snow Fluid can be stored between 0°C and 50°C. To ensure optimal performance, avoid exposing the fluid to freezing temperatures and always use it within the recommended storage conditions.
What is the maintenance for the Snowcase after use?

After use, run the Extract Fluid function to empty the hoses — this reverses the pump to clear remaining fluid and helps keep the Snowcase in top condition. Clean the exterior with a lukewarm, damp cloth.
